Absenses/Closings:
If your child is absent from the center or if the center
is closed for holidays, snow days, emergency days, teacher
workdays, etc. tuition payment is still required. Exception:
the center is closed the week after Christmas and the week
of July 4th and there is no tuition charge.
Withdrawal
from program: The Center requires a written notice of
a child's withdrawal from the program, submitted to the
Center two weeks or more prior to the child's last day.
Tuition will be charged until such written notice is received.
Discount: Additional siblings of a child enrolled in preschool or
summer recreation programs will be given a 25% discount
for the second child.
Late Payment: If an account is behind and is not brought up-to-date by
the Friday of the week it is due, a $5.00 late fee is charged.
If the account is not paid by the following Monday morning,
child care is not available until the bill is paid or a
plan is made with the Director.
Late Pick-Up
Fee: A $3.00 fee will be charged for each 15 minutes
after closing time.
Parents who have
not notified the Center that they will be late prior to
5:30 p.m. will be charged $5.00 per day in addition to the
regular after-hours fee. All late fees will be added to
your account and may be paid along with tuition.
Returned Checks: A service charge of $22.00 will be charged for each returned
check. After the second returned check, tuition payments
may only be paid by cash or money order. |
